Elvish Yadav has been accused of issuing death threats to YouTuber Maxtern: 'Allegedly Gave Threats to End Life.'

Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav has been booked for allegedly assaulting and threatening fellow YouTuber Sagar Thakur, also known as Maxtern, as confirmed by the police.

The incident occurred in Gurugram, where Elvish Yadav and his associates purportedly attacked the victim. A video capturing the altercation was shared by the victim on social media.

Following the incident, Maxtern took to his official X (formerly known as Twitter) account, stating, "I've been threatened with my life. I was alone, while Elvish bhai came with a large group. I will upload the full video in the morning. Everyone should see what happened. We also have recordings. I'm fine, just got a cut on my lip. He came with 8 people after all the fighting."

Allegedly, Sagar mocked Elvish Yadav's association with Munawar Faruqui, which reportedly irked Yadav, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2. However, Yadav has not yet commented on the matter.

Maxtern files police complaint

Maxtern filed a police complaint, stating, "I, Sagar Thakur, also known as Maxtern, wish to report a serious incident of assault and threats to my life carried out by Elvish Yadav, which requires immediate legal action. I am a prominent content creator specializing in gaming entertainment, actively producing content on YouTube since 2017," Thakur said in his complaint to the police.

The victim stated, "I have gained recognition and praise in the gaming community for my entertainment-focused content. Elvish Yadav is also a content creator whom I have known since 2021."

"In recent months, Elvish fan pages have spread hate and propaganda, causing me distress, leading me to seek counseling from an NGO. Elvish Yadav asked to meet me, but I assumed it was for a verbal discussion. However, when he arrived at the location with 8-10 intoxicated individuals, they began assaulting me and hurling abusive language," the FIR stated.

Based on the complaint, a case under sections 147 (punishment for rioting), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC has been registered against Elvish Yadav at Gurugram's Sector-53 Police Station.
